What were those moves you did on the Best Damn Sports Show Period?
Dave did a Double Spinning Barrel Gitis. Dave popped the disc up from a delay, spun his body around twice, leapt in the air as he finished his second spin, reached his right arm
over his left leg and caught the disc under his left leg. Did you follow that?
Arthur did a Double Spinning Scarecrow. Arthur popped the disc up from a delay, spun his body arund twice, then reached his right arm straight back behind his body and caught the disc over
his left shoulder. This is a blind catch. Arthur did not see the disc when it hit his hand.
What's your hardest move?
The answer is always changing because Team Shrednow is constantly pushing its limits. Last year's hardest move might be a money move this year.
Dave Lewis considers the double spinning gitosis catch one of the toughest moves. Arthur is exploring a whole new family of moves called Saturn Rings.
Arthur's hardest moves are probably two Saturn sequences he invented - Pandora's Box and Pandora-to-a-behind-the-back-neurons.
Freestyle looks cool. Can I learn how to play too?
Sure. The best way will be to get Dave Lewis' instructional video when it's released. We can email you when it's available if you send us a note on the Contact page.

Can you help me throw my frisbee straight?
First, make sure you have good equipment. You can't play pro baseball with a whiffle ball, but many people think they can have fun throwing cheap giveaway flying discs.
Most corporate giveaway discs are not designed to fly. They are designed to show you a corporate logo. Many of these discs have sharp edges that can scrape you and
are made of hard plastic that can hurt to catch. br>
The great thing about disc sports is the equipment is inexpensive. You can probably get all the specialized equipment you need to compete at the world championships for under $20, so throw all those discs away, get yourself some good equipment and leave your frustration behind.
