The 2nd Annual Best Damn Freestyle Tournament Period will be Sunday October 26 at Arbolado Park in lovely Walnut Creek, California.
Like last year, the BDFTP will be a low entry fee ($5), low-tech guerrilla-style tournament (no reserved field, just show up and jam). The first round will start at high noon.
The format? You freestyle with two or three others in a jam. Judges score the difficulty of your individual moves. The highest scorers advance toward the finals. The others advance toward playoffs. The best strategy: step up and hit your sickest moves before someone else does. We will adjust the brackets and jam sizes based on how many freestylers enter.
