Throw To Yourself: The Self-Throw
If you can throw the disc to yourself, you can practice even when your friends aren’t around to play. Your friends will never
get you the perfect throw every time. By throwing to yourself, you can give yourself the perfect throw every time. Next time

The Basic Catches
There are three basic catches: the Alligator Catch, the Two Hand Catch and the One Hand Catch.

Lewis/Coddington On Eurosport
In the summer of 2003, Eurosport’s WATTS show ran a three minute segment on freestyle, a music video featuring behind-the-scenes footage of the Nike commercial and jam footage of Dave Lewis and Arthur Coddington shot by Z Weyand. Edited to Linkin Park’s “One Step Closer” this music video style piece has aired several times and won a viewer poll for favorite WATTS segment.
